Last night really was a special night for me.
I spent the early evening with two of my closest friends in life, Chester and Whitney and we had spent time like the good days! Then I was privileged to go with Chester to studio for Miacarla's album which is coming soon. (Oh you have to buy her album as soon as it is released!)
I really missed Mia a lot and have not seen her in months. It was so good to see such a special friend again and I got to meet others who had the heart of the Father.
There was lots to catch up on with Mia and we sat laughing while Chester was serenading us with his playing on the bass guitar as Mia's track was playing. In that moment I was in such a peace with what God is doing in us all, the fact that He is busy forming us and it is such a beauty! We spoke about life, real things like our dreams and what we are doing now. I felt so so inspired by Miacarla and how she is pursuing her music career in such a holy, beautiful and committed way. There is such a beauty in what has been prepared through this special daughter who lives a life for Yeshua. I hear the passion in her music, and through Chester's playing. Feeling inspired, I also felt like I had such a lot to learn. There is still a path to walk. All my insecurities, all my high dreams, all my secret sins and filthy life stains were staring me in the face once more. There's a life of holiness and whollyness to the Father that is required. That all my idols would be crushed by my own free will as a sign of love and surrender.
He is the Beautiful One who waits for us to be moulded and to be made like Him, to be restored. He searches our hearts and through the power of His Spirit convicts us so that we can have pure hearts and clean hands. Some of us still dine with the sinners and the scorners. Some of us still speak bad about our brothers. But what about the Father? What does He say about all this? Are we pleasing His heart?
Does He find pleasure in our fasting and prayer?
Does He gaze upon us with eyes of love when we lift up a song of worship?
Does He love our giving and our servant hearts to the orphans and widows?
Sure these are all good things and kingdom principles and so much more not mentioned here, but are we like children when we follow these things? Are we doing it with motives to please Daddy God?
He is the Beautiful One who thinks of us as precious. But what will this Beautiful One say of us when we stand face to face with Him on that day? Will He find pleasure in the life we lived and delight Himself in us? Or will He ask did you learn to love?
So hear us Father, help us to love You oh Beautiful One.
Help us to love You with our bodies. Or is our private parts a tool for fornication and pre-marital sex? Are our arms and legs places to state our views and declarations?
Help us to love You with our souls. Are our emotions really all Yours? Or do we love the things of this world more than we do You God? Do we love our phones, laptops, gadgets, friendships more than we love You?
Help us to love You with our spirits. May our hearts be wholly Yours and may You always have first say and be the foundation of every decision we make.
Where are these lovesick ones who will love the Beautiful One despite of what they might say? Where are these passionate ones?
Let's run into His arms.
Hear our prayers Oh Abba see our hearts dear Lord. We are Your burning ones
